Fleetwave

Fleetwave is our fleet management system that is available to all our customers.  It allows our customers to access all the data about their vehicles including contract details, vehicle details and driver information.

Fleetwave utilises the very latest technologies to provide comprehensive fleet management for all our customers, using an Internet platform. This means that the software can be accessed from anywhere in the world - and the only requirement to view the system is an internet connection.

FleetWave allows specific legislation requirements to be met and recorded for full organisational compliance. For example, this can include Duty of Care, Corporate Manslaughter legislation and P11d information.

Using Fleetwave you will be able to:

• Check the progress of a vehicle order
• See which vehicles need MOT’s or Tax Discs
• Check on contract details
• Review mileages against contract expectations
• Obtain P11D information.

Vehicles that are leased through other companies can also be loaded onto Fleetwave so that the whole fleet is easily viewed in one place. Simply email us the details and we will add them to the system.

Password controlled access can limit users to specific screens with personalised permissions. This means that the administrator for your company can see all the details relating to your company cars, whilst the drivers in your company can only view a limited set of data relating to their vehicle.

All data can be easily reported upon – just email the report details to us and we will provide that data.

FleetWave:

• has a fleet status tool that instantly highlights tasks that are overdue, due or need to be carried out shortly
• stores full vehicle details for all the different types and specifications of vehicles - regardless of whether they are cars or vans
• warns of statutory requirements in advance for example tax discs and MOT’s
• sends reminders automatically via mail, email or text.
