During the life of your finance contract we will periodically contact you by phone and email to check:

• That you have received tax discs
• Completed the MOT (where appropriate)
• That your mileage is on target for the contracted mileage and amend it where appropriate. This can save you money. If the cost goes up because you are driving more miles than anticipated, the change to the contract will allow you to control your cashflow.
• The condition of the vehicle to minimise charges at the end of the contract when the vehicle is returned to the finance company.
